Bushi 1095 Shobu Katana 28" Gold Dragon
A historical geometry developed for the Mongol invasion, the Shobu Zukuri Katana exhibits a diamond cross-section, wider cutting edge and a sweeping Kissaki forged from 1095 carbon steel. The blade is clay-tempered, giving it a distinctive Hamon, a hardened edge with a softer spine to resist shock and increase durability. All Bushi class blades are given our newly developed hybrid polish, producing a mirror polish with vibrant Hamon. With timeless gold dragon themed fittings, this sword makes a fantastic display piece that is also ready for the battlefield.
