Policies and Terms


Prices are subject to change without notice. Merchandise will be invoiced at the price on the date the order was received. All pricing is in U.S. dollars. Dealer pricing is only available to qualified dealers, as determined by Dynasty Forge.


Shipments to USA and Canada use Canada Post Expedited (1 to 6 business days transit). Shipments outside USA and Canada use Canada Post Xpresspost (4 business days transit). If postal service isn’t available to a particular destination for whatever reason, we will attempt to use a courier such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or TNT. Shipping charges include actual cost plus nominal shipping and handling. Customs, duties, additional postage, bank fees and government regulations are the responsibility of the customer. FOB shipping.

Damaged Shipments

If shipments show any sign of visual damage, please make note of the way bill or receiving ticket and have it signed by the driver. If damage to shipment is concealed (not visible from exterior), keep all packing material and the original carton. In both cases, notify us immediately. All claims pertaining to damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be clearly marked as returns with no commercial value. Dynasty Forge Inc. will not be responsible for any additional custom fees, duties or taxes incurred due to failure to follow this requirement.


1 year from the date of invoice: Dynasty Forge Inc. will provide repair or replacement (to be determined at our discretion) against manufacturer’s defects in workmanship or material only. Original proof of purchase required. Please remember that our pieces are handmade. They are not stamped or poured. As a result, there will be some variances. This is normal. Warranty voided if it is determined by Dynasty Forge Inc. that merchandise is damaged or worn by abuse of any kind, misuse, lack of reasonable care, disassembly of product, or extended use (i.e.: normal wear and tear). Please remember that all swords are subject to the laws of physics and are not indestructible. Cutting should be done under proper instruction and supervision and performed on proper materials. Please contact Dynasty Forge Inc. for authorization and return shipping instructions.


We accept Visa and Mastercard. No C.O.D. or open accounts.


Client is responsible for determining and complying with any government regulations pertaining to ownership and use of Dynasty Forge Inc. products.

Except in the event of gross negligence, Dynasty Forge Inc., its employees, management and associated third parties shall have no liability whatsoever to the client or anyone claiming through the client as a result of any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of any products purchased hereunder. Further, client does hereby indemnify and hold Dynasty Forge Inc. and the above mentioned parties, harmless from and against any and all cost, liability or expense (including legal fees and expenses) in any way associated with items purchased from or through Dynasty Forge Inc.

Transactions and agreements with Dynasty Forge shall be construed under and according to the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Client hereby agrees that any claim arising out of the products purchased hereunder shall be brought in Ontario in the event that Dynasty Forge Inc. shall make a claim against the customer.

In the event of any dispute hereunder, the losing party shall be responsible for and shall pay any and all legal fees and costs incurred by the prevailing or substantially prevailing party, as the case may be.
