Hisui Take (Jade Bamboo) Katana

Drawing upon the colors of the bamboo grove, the Jade Bamboo katana is a 29.5 inch Bushi 1095 blade that has undergone a full remount. The Koshirae are now done in a bamboo and basket weave theme with a bamboo openwork Tsuba, and the copper Seppa are brass plated to match the Habaki. The Tsuka is wrapped in a dark green silk Ito over black rayskin and dragon Menuki. The Saya is a dark green worn finish over black and clear coated to preserve the finish.
