Gintatsu Katana

The "Silver Dragon" katana is a 28.5 inch Forge Folded Bushi class blade that has received a full repolish with japanese Hazuya and Jizuya stones. The Katana has a new 12 inch Tsuka core carved from traditional Honoki wood, wrapped completely in Rayskin, and given a Katate-Maki in imported Japanese silk. The Koshirae is the popular Mokko Vine theme, while the Kashira has been switched for one in Handachi style cast in solid silver also adorned in a Vine theme. The Fuchi, Dragon over Ken Menuki, Tsuba, Seppa, and Habaki have all been plated in silver, and the tsuba has been patinated to a very dark silver shade. This elegant black and silver theme shows both a touch of class and deadliness.
