The Aonami Katana features a 28.5" blade, hand-forged from 1095/1080/1060 tri-steel. The blade has been repolished using Hazuya and Jizuya stones to create a 
more traditional finish, bringing out a frosted and active Hamon. The 11" Tsuka has 
a custom carved core in poplar wood, and given a full wrap of stingray skin with a 
visible Emperor's Node. The Tsuka is wrapped in navy blue imported Japanese silk 
in a Tsunami style Tsukamaki. The turbulent wave-themed Fuchi, Kashira, Menuki, 
Shitodome, and Habaki have been plated in silver. The stone finished saya has 
a matte finished iron Kojiri at the end and has a Japanese imported Shiguechi-style Sageo.
