A truly unique piece, the Dynasty Forge Jumonji Yari is hand-forged from 1095 high-carbon steel.  The three-prongs are meticulously clay-tempered, resulting in a Hamon around the entirety of the blade.   The Yari is mounted on a two-sectional hard-wood shaft with a steel joint for easy storage and carry.  Stress testing showed the joint to be stronger than the wood it replaces. The upper shaft is finished in a natural high-gloss lacquer with the lower shaft finished in natural stone-lacquer.  Brass fittings throughout.
